Clare has worked in private practice in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong as a trade marks professional for over 5 years. She obtained qualification as a UK and EU Trade Marks Attorney in 2018.

Clare's experience is in non-contentious and contentious IP matters relating to trade marks, copyright, and designs, with particular expertise in the strategic filing, prosecution and enforcement of trade marks both locally and overseas.

Having completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Japanese as well as postgraduate qualifications in Trade Marks Law and Practice and Law, Clare is currently undertaking a course of study towards qualification in Australia as a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.
