Clare Liang

Clare has worked in private practice as a trade marks professional for over 6 years. She is an Australian Trade Mark Attorney and a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.

Clare's experience is in non-contentious and contentious brand protection matters relating to trade marks, copyright, and designs, with particular expertise in the strategic filing, prosecution and enforcement of trade marks both locally and overseas.

Her previous experience includes working for a boutique IP firm in Hong Kong, and at one of the largest patent and trade mark firms in the UK. She also spent a year in Tokyo as an exchange student and speaks conversational Japanese.

Clare has completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Japanese as well as postgraduate qualifications in Trade Marks Law and Practice.
