Patrick Martin

Patrick assists the Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys of Gestalt Law with filing new applications, handling and docketing official correspondence and the ongoing maintenance of patents, trade marks and registered designs. He also provides support in relation to litigation and opposition matters.

Prior to joining Gestalt Law, Patrick developed his knowledge of intellectual property working with the copyright agency Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA)

Patrick has a Bachelor of Music and a Masters in Teaching and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Law at the University of Sydney.
